Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
